“Coach D” – Dannielle Manus

Head Instructor/Owner

Hey DIA!  I have been dancing for almost 35 years now and teaching/assisting since I was 11 years old.  I have done competitive dance since I was young, Dance Company & Cheerleading in Jr. High, Drill Team in High School, & went on to receive a full dance scholarship and was the Captain of my College Dance Team and a member of the Ballet Repertory Ensemble- while taking as many dance classes that you could fit in a day.  I have had many amazing dance opportunities such as Dancer for the Utah Warriors/Utah Blaze Football Team, choreographing for many pageants, plays, half times, etc. & have won many awards and honors over the years.  My biggest accomplishment is being a mom to 2 boys (Kalleb & AJ) and a 2nd mommy to MANY dance students.  While I love all dance, my favorites are Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, & Drill.  Why blend in when you were born to stand out DIA?!

Angela Lobato

Hip Hop Instructor

I have been dancing since I was 10 years old and I have been teaching for about 7years. DIA has been the only studio that I have taught with and we have won countless awards and recognitions over the past 7years for our hip hop program. I strive to motivate and push my dancers to become someone they never thought they could be. I take pride in my choreography and I always give 110% to my team. Through peace, love, positivity, and teamwork all things are possible!

Brooke Rolfe

Lyrical, Contemporary, Technique, Jazz Instructor

I started dancing at the age of 5 and never plan on stopping! I danced in studios for most of my life until I made my high school dance teams. Eventually I became the Drill Team Vice President, Dance Co President and received awards/scholarships for my dancing including Sterling Scholar, Outstanding Dancer for the State of Utah, & being part of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts! I have had training in all sorts of styles including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Broadway, African, and a tiny bit of Swing and Ballroom. My favorite style is Lyrical/Contemporary. I started teaching at the age of 17 and hope to teach as long as my body will let me! Dancing has always been my passion and I am so happy and excited to share it with everyone here at DIA!

Lindsay Webb

Cheerleading, Jazz Instructor

I have been dancing for 20 years. I have danced all styles of dance but jazz is my favorite.  I did both Cheer Team and the Drill team at West Jordan High School. I was a cheer coach at West Jordan High for 2 years and I have been teaching at DIA for 4 years!  My little cheer team that I coached was the first Cheer Team at DIA to ever win a Title at Nationals and we have been going strong ever since.  I am so excited for another great season at DIA!

Amber Rosas Bagley

Jazz, Lyrical Instructor

Hello!  I have been dancing since I was about 5 years old. I danced at a studio for several years and then when I was in high school I joined the Copper Hills Drill team for my junior year. I then graduated as a junior.  I started teaching dance after I had my precious daughter Paidyn (a dancer at DIA) and she started dancing. It was such a fun way to be involved and help her with one of my passions. I’m not sure she always feels the same way but it is very fun to be such a big part of that with her. This will be my 4th year teaching at DIA and I can’t even begin to express how much fun and exciting it is being a part of such a great studio. I love all the kids and get such enjoyment out of watching them grow into wonderful people inside and out!!

Shayla Winder

Drill, Jazz, Technique, Lyrical, Hip Hop Instructor

Shayla grew up dancing in studios and spent four years as a member of the Malad High Drill Team where she served as Dress Mistress & Captain. Following her high school graduation, she

received an academic scholarship as well as two dance scholarships to the College of Eastern Utah (USU-Eastern). During her two years at CEU she was a member of the Eagle Dancers, serving as Captain, and also a member of the Dance Ensemble. While attending CEU and teaching at local dance studios, she knew Dance Education was exactly what she wanted to do. After receiving her Associate Degree, Utah Valley University was the next stop. She began her journey at UVU in the Fall of 2011. After her first year at UVU she decided to take a year off and attend the White Mountain Summer Dance Festival at Sarah Lawrence College in Yonkers, New York and take classes at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City. During her experience in New York she was lucky enough to work with choreographers from Juilliard and NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She returned to UVU in 2013 and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dance Education in April 2016. She is the head coach for the Drill Team as West Jordan High, THE JAGLINE, and teaches Social Dance and Yoga at WJHS. She recently started dancing with Spiral Dance Company, a small dance company out of Helper, Utah.
